Co-President - Celene Haque

Celene joined Seattle City Rotaract in 2018 after graduating from Seattle Pacific University where she studied Global Development and Political Science. Celene is passionate about education and gender equality and was looking for a way to be involved in the community. This led her to Rotaract! Celene is now in executive recruiting where she gets to work with philanthropies, NGOs and nonprofits. In her free time, she likes to travel, try out new cook books, and hang out with her dogs.

Co-President - Maddy McKenzie

Maddy McKenzie joined Seattle City Rotaract after graduating in 2018 from Seattle University with a degree in Civil Engineering. While at Seattle University she was very involved in Seattle University Rotaract, and served as Vice President and Fundraising Chair. She currently is working as a Construction Engineer on the SeaTac International Airport International Arrivals Facility project- opening Fall 2020.
Maddy is also the District 5030 Rotaract Representative, and is working to build goodwill and better friendships between all Rotaract clubs within the district. |
VP of Service - Anna Rutledge

Anna graduated from Seattle University with a bachelor's degree in biology in 2019. She currently works as a receptionist/veterinary assistant in a veterinary hospital in Capitol Hill.In the coming years she plans on returning to graduate school for veterinary medicine or public affairs with the goal of working in the nonprofit sector. While in high school she was an active member of her Interact Club. Next she was a member of Seattle University Rotaract Club for four years and their Vice President from 2018-19. After graduating she became a member of Seattle City Rotaract and is now our VP of Service. In her free time she loves to travel, listen to live music, read, spend time outdoors, and spend time with friends and family.

VP of Membership - Darby Martin

Darby has been involved in Rotaract for five years. She was a member of Seattle University Rotaract for four years and acted as treasurer and president. For the past year she has been a member of Seattle City Rotaract, is this year’s VP of Membership. She has a passion for working with people and bringing change for communities who want and need help. This year she also looks forward to expanding District 5030 Rotaract this year as our District Rotaract Representative.

Treasurer - Sean Nelson

Sean works as a technology transactions attorney for Knowable Inc. in a hybrid role combining product development with the work of in-house counsel'. Upon graduating from Columbia Law School, Sean moved to Chicago for several years before coming to Seattle in May of 2018. He was looking for opportunities to give back to the community, which led him to Rotaract. Outside of Rotaract, Sean enjoys running, cooking, making gin, traveling, and a variety of outdoor activities ranging from camping to kayaking and rock climbing.

PR Chair - Arielle Howell

Arielle graduated with a bioengineering degree from the University of Washington in 2019. While at the UW she was a member of UW Seattle Rotaract Club for four years and held the role of Volunteer Service Chair for two years. In her senior year at UW she was the District 5030 Rotaract Representative. After graduating she joined Seattle City Rotaract Club and is now the PR Chair. Arielle is currently in a gap year as she applies to medical schools and works as a medical scribe in family medicine.

Secretary - Isaac Warden

Isaac Warden currently is an Executive Recruiter at Spencer Stuart where he works to fill CEO, COO, and Board roles at public, PE-backed and VC companies across the consumer technology and enterprise software space. Isaac is a graduate of Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service and remains very involved in politics, community service, and international relations. Isaac joined Rotaract when he moved to Seattle last year and loves being able to engage with the community in this way. In his free time, Isaac loves to travel, practice yoga, spend time with his pets, and try out any new restaurant/wine.

Past President - Harisa Paco

Harisa Paco completed her masters in social work with a concentration in multigenerational practice at the University of Washington. She now works as a Certified Care Manager at Aging Wisdom, an organization that helps families navigate the transitions of aging. Harisa is passionate about social change and service above self, which led her to Rotaract in early 2015. Harisa has served on the board since 2015 and currently serves in the role of past president. Harisa is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow, class of 2018. When she's not serving older adults or serving the community, you'll find her spending time with her nephews.
