President - Sora Moon

Sora Moon has been involved with Rotary for the past three years and is in the University of Washington graduating class of 2012. Earning her Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Quantitative Sciences, she continued her education at Seattle Pacific University to earn her Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is currently working as a data analyst in the market research industry. Sora is passionate about service and education, which led her to Rotary. She started in Rotaract by helping charter Seattle Pacific Rotaract in 2013 and continuing to grow into a Vice President role. After graduation from Seattle Pacific University, she switched gears and joined Seattle City Rotaract in hopes to continue her Rotary journey.

Secretary/VP of Membership - Devon Hay

Devon has been active in the Seattle Rotary scene for over five years now. She started at the University of Washington club where she held positions as historian, fundraising chair, and president. Currently, she is the VP of membership at Seattle City Rotaract and acting secretary. Devon also serves as a director for the regional Rotaract Board, Big West Rotaract, and helps to organize events all over the West Coast for club members to attend. Outside of Rotaract Devon works for the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services as a Management Analyst in the Division of Child Support. She enjoys reading, cooking, and pretending to exercise.

Treasurer - Mariah Kimpton

Mariah has grown up in Rotary, from volunteering with her father’s Rotary club as a child to studying abroad as a Rotary Youth Exchange Student in high school. A former member of the Willamette Valley Rotaract Club of Eugene, Oregon after moving to Seattle she became the founding secretary of Seattle City Rotaract.  Currently she is their treasurer along with serving as the District 5030 Rotaract Representative. She was also the registration and housing chair for Big West Rotaract's 2015 Conference in Seattle. Mariah lives and breathes Rotary, she currently works as the Associate Club Manager for the Rotary Club of Seattle.

Co-VP of Service - Anna Miner

Anna is a native of Seattle. She works as a US immigration assistant for Microsoft. She has background in International Relations, Arabic language, and Middle East studies. After finishing a bachelor's at USC, she returned to Seattle and worked as commercial property manager for three years. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and running in her free time.

VP of Programs - Rekha Mathew

Rekha Mathew is passionate about the Seattle community and excited to bring people in to Seattle City Rotaract. Currently she is an Enterprise Strategy Analyst at Group Health and is focused on improving healthcare in Washington State. Her previous roles were at a library, in cancer research, and in a nanotechnology lab. She enjoys playing soccer, reading, running, traveling, meeting new people, and attempting to cook. She graduated from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) where she studied both Biochemistry and Mathematics.​

Fundraising Chair - Harisa Paco

Harisa Paco completed her masters in social work with a concentration in multigenerational practice at the University of Washington. She now works as a Care Manager Associate at Aging Wisdom, an organization that helps families navigate the transitions of aging. Harisa is passionate about social change and service above self, which led her to Rotaract in early 2015. Since then, her primary goal as fundraising chair has been to raise funds to sustain and expand Seattle City Rotaract’s mentorship program at the King County Juvenile Detention Center. When she's not serving older adults or serving the community, you'll find her spending time with her nephews.

Public Relations Chair - Chad Rixse

Chad Rixse has been around the Rotary scene for more than 10 years, with his very first experience as an international exchange student to Argentina through the Rotary International Youth Exchange Program. He is one of the founding members of Seattle City Rotaract and currently holds the position of Public Relations Chair where he strives to keep Seattle City Rotaract front of mind in the Seattle community through various forms of media content and outreach. In his professional life, Chad is part of a family-run practice in the private wealth management industry. Outside of work and Rotaract, Chad is an avid golfer, alpine skier, squash player, and chef.
