President - Devon Hay

Devon is a recent graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Microbiology. While at UW she became heavily involved in the Seattle Rotary scene, serving as the fundraising chair and president of the UW club and on the District Leadership Team 2011-current as the Professional Development Chair, running the Rotaract-Rotary mentorship program. She continued her service fulltime after college as an AmeriCorps member and believes strongly in community and civic engagement. She currently works for the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services in a specialized community resource oriented program for parents struggling to support their families. Devon was also the chair of the Big West Rotaract Conference held in Seattle on October 2015. Now, she is currently on the Board for Big West Rotaract. We are thrilled to have her Rotaract leadership experience and vision.

Secretary - Mariah Kimpton

Mariah has grown up in Rotary, from volunteering with her father’s Rotary club as a child to studying abroad as a Rotary Youth Exchange Student in high school. A former member of the Willamette Valley Rotaract Club of Eugene, Oregon, she has attended numerous Rotary and Rotaract conferences, including the inaugural Big West Rotaract PETS Conference and the Big West Rotaract Conference in 2014. In addition to her position at Seattle City Rotaract, Mariah is the District 5030 Rotaract Secretary and is the registration chair for the 2015 Big West Rotaract Conference. She has demonstrated excellent planning and organizational skills and reliability. Mariah works as the Office Coordinator for the Rotary Club of Seattle.

Treasurer - Cory Slater-Scancella

Cory Slater Scancella is an alumnus of the University of Washington with an Accounting degree from the Foster School of Business. Growing up on Bainbridge Island, Cory spent summers at the island's annual summer Rotary Auction and working with his local 4-H club. He now works as a management consultant based out of Seattle, and consults with technology and financial services clients on wide-ranging issues from mergers & acquisitions to business model design. At his firm, he plays an active role in community involvement initiatives for his company, organizing and leading programs and events aimed at strengthening public speaking and presentation skills for underprivileged students.

VP of Service - Anna Miner

Born and raised in Seattle, Anna went to USC for her undergraduate studies in international relations. At USC, she book-ended her experience with a couple years in the Middle East, perfecting her Arabic. She was president of USC Rotaract her senior year and led the club to a larger membership, and a project review service trip to Puerto Rico with LA 5 Rotary club. She currently works for Unico Properties in their operations/building management division. Other than being a good landlord to local companies, Anna is an avid fan of NPR, true crime podcasts, jogging, and cooking. She plans on becoming a public defender over the next 5 years through law school and building experience in public service law.

VP of Programs - Scotty Stobie

Growing up in the Idaho panhandle, Scotty spent a great deal of time outdoors exploring the mountains on foot and mountain bike. Graduating from a small town high school, he made the jump to Boise State University and completed a Political Science degree in Public Policy. During that time, he participated in two internships at the Idaho Human Rights Education Center and the Idaho Senate Minority Leadership office. After graduation, Scotty moved to the Duck Valley Indian Reservation in Nevada, where he worked for the federally-funded college access program TRiO Upward Bound. Since relocating to Seattle, he has enjoyed the easy balance of city living on Capitol Hill and access to the outdoors. His civic involvement started early as a cofounder of the Youth Action Council in high school, which eventually raised over $300,000 to build a teen center, and has continued throughout his education and professional life.  Scotty is particularly concerned about human rights, environmental protection, homelessness, and LGBTQ issues. He currently works as a Washington licensed Real Estate Broker.

VP of Membership - Zoe Mote

Zoe grew up in Anchorage, AK before moving to Bellingham in 2008 where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in French, Communication and International Studies from Western Washington University,
Zoe is currently working at Aquent as a Technical Recruiter. She's is very passionate about service and you can find her volunteering at the King County Juvenile Detention Center or participating in a Rotary  First Harvest work party.
When she's not at work or volunteering Zoe likes to knit, play board games and take dance classes.

Fundraising Chair - Harisa Paco

Harisa Paco completed her bachelors in Social Welfare at the University of Washington and is now pursuing her Masters in Social Work with a focus on Multigenerational Practice. Harisa grew up in the suburbs of Seattle and is passionate about issues related to social justice and social change. She has been a member of Rotaract since early 2015 and has experience in fundraising. Upon completion of her education, Harisa plans to pursue a career serving vulnerable elders and individuals with disabilities.

Public Relations Chair - Sora Moon

Sora Moon has been involved with Rotary for the past three years and is in the University of Washington graduating class of 2012. Earning her Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Quantitative Sciences, she continued her education at Seattle Pacific University to earn her Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is currently working as a data analyst in the market research industry. Sora is passionate about service and education, which led her to Rotary. She started in Rotaract by helping charter Seattle Pacific Rotaract in 2013 and continuing to grow into a Vice President role. After graduation from Seattle Pacific University, she switched gears and joined Seattle City Rotaract in hopes to continue her Rotary journey.
